There's a good chance they will. Much of the evidence has been destroyed by them. And their police accomplices helped cover up for years, so statute of limitations may apply to some of the crimes. Their police accomplices may have destroyed evidence also or hinted at their vulnerabilities so they could destroy evidence.
Unless Murdoch's evil empire is dismantled, he will come back with a vengeance.
